Regina Daniels, an actress in Nigeria’s film industry, is concerned about her younger brother Sammy, who was reportedly detained and barred from seeing family and legal counsel.
This comes as her marriage continues to be rocked by turmoil.
On Wednesday, the actress demanded that the authorities explain what had happened to her brother, whom she said had been held incommunicado for more than 24 hours, via her verified Instagram profile.
“At last, tea, there’s a video that some people can use to think they can make fun of me! No worries though. Finding out where my brother is at the moment is my number one priority. “Hey, where’s Sammy Ned?” she yelled out.

Regina further criticised the senior police officials she said were doing nothing about the situation.
“Can you picture a senior police official, if not the senior officer, claiming he has no choice but to act? “Oh my goodness!” she exclaimed.
Nevertheless, the actress declared her determination not to be frightened, stating that the matter had now transformed into a test of strength and determination.
At this point, it’s going to be an aura-for-aurora battle. It’s tragic. Samuely must be freed. Just so we’re clear, I have no regrets. Na, I only have my leg to rely on, but this was just a path I was supposed to follow, not my ultimate goal,” she asserted.
