At the age of 17, actress Laide Bakare said, “I introduced my daughter to clubbing and alcohol.”

Laide Bakare, a Nollywood actress, has disclosed that when her daughter was seventeen, she exposed her to alcohol and partying.

She revealed this in a recent interview with Mr. Lilgaga, a content creator.

The actress claimed to like the notion that her daughter would credit her with introducing her to drink and nightlife.

“When my daughter was seventeen, I took her to the club for the first time. And I appreciate that she would mention me in her memoir as the one who first introduced her to drinking and going out to clubs,” she said.

Reactions to Bakare’s disclosure have been conflicted, with many criticising her for exposing her daughter to alcohol and the nightlife when she was still a juvenile.
