Man City and the Premier League strike an agreement about APT regulations.

The regulations regulating associated party transactions (APTs) have been resolved in the dispute between Manchester City and the Premier League.

The current laws governing APTS are now officially recognised as “valid and binding” by the city.

Earlier this year, in February, the defending champs challenged rule changes.

Commercial transactions, particularly those involving companies with ties to the club owners, must adhere to the standards of fair market value.

Additionally, they want to stop the deals from being artificially inflated.

After “agreeing to terminate the proceedings,” City and the Premier League issued joint statements on Monday to confirm the news.

City are also facing over a hundred allegations of financial wrongdoing by the Premier League in another case.
