In their season-opening match against Nasarawa United, head coach Majin Mohammed of the Niger Tornadoes has challenged his team to perform at a high level.
On Wednesday, at their makeshift stadium in Ilorin, the Ikon Allah Boys will square off against Nasarawa United.
Mohammed said that his team is cognisant of the expectations of the fans in the lead-up to the match.
In a pre-match interview, Mohammed expressed his displeasure that the game will be decided away from their home field.

“Anyway, we’re accustomed to playing away from home games, so this won’t be any different, and we’ll approach it just like any other game.”
