In response to increasing instances of disobedience and disobedience within certain student groups, the administration of Taraba State University has mandated the immediate dissolution of all student organisations on campus.
The university’s registrar, Dr. Joseph U. Bibinu, voiced his alarm in a circular published on Friday that the actions of some groups had jeopardised campus safety and academic honesty.
There will be no more student groups, unions, clubs, or societies allowed to function on campus, per an edict from university administration. This suspension is effective immediately and will be in effect until further notice, according to the statement.

The order forbids any student organisation or person from posing as a student organisation in any way, including but not limited to holding meetings, planning events, making comments, or engaging in any other action on or off campus.
The institution went on to say that disobeying the order would be considered severe misbehaviour and would result in disciplinary measures according to the rules.
In addition, Dr. Bibinu announced that the school would soon launch a new system for accountable student government that would promote order, discipline, and productive communication between administration and students.
